We hire Knoyle Hall, which is the hall of St John the Evangelist church, located on the corner of Knoyle Rd and Preston Rd (London Rd). The hall is next to the church on Knoyle Rd, postcode BN1 6RB map Bus numbers 5 and 5A stop close by; ask for Harrington Road, just North of Preston Drove. The hall is 5 minutes' walk from Preston Park Station. There is FREE PARKING in the street outside the hall. Or try cycling!

Biodanza Workshops in Brighton: An Experience of Nurturing, Compassion and Vitality through Music and Dance. Through a subtle combination of well-chosen music (often from South America), movement and the expression of positive emotions, Biodanza workshops promote a positive and caring connection with yourself, with others and with the Universe. Working with archetypes, Biodanza supports the development of qualities such as open-heartedness and compassion and re-connects people to the joy of being alive. This dance of life is uplifting, revitalising and puts new energy into your heart. No previous experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.

Who runs the workshops? These workshops are always run by either Patricia Martello or Marcelo Di Matteo (often both together.) Both originally from Argentina they bring a great deal of South American vitality and music to the workshops. Patricia and Marcelo are qualified Biodanza teachers with 27 years experience of teaching Biodanza all over the world. They are co-founders of the Biodanza World Association and are members of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners. They are pioneers of Biodanza in the UK, Netherlands, Slovenia, Denmark, Greece, Japan, USA, New Zealand and Canada.
