Summary of rates
Changeovers
€53 or £35/344 FF per handover of property, this includes up to a maximum of two hours cleaning work, either prior to or following occupation. This charge would include all our travelling/fuel expenses.
Additional cleaning
€9 or £6/59FF per additional hour, either due to property having been left in an unreasonable condition or the larger property requiring more than two hours work.
Additional visits to properties
€45 or £30/295FF per visit, in order to supervise the handover/takeover of property when no cleaning was required. The checking of properties for signs of intruder/storm damage, again this would include our travelling and fuel expenses. If required, each visit to any property either for gardening work or cleaning of property followed by supervision of handovers/takeovers would be followed by an e-mail to the owner with photographs taken by digital camera of their property and sent via e-mail. This would show not only any problems that we might find in more detail, but also would show the owner the excellent standards we shall maintain their property both internally and in the garden.
Garden maintenance
€14 or £9.50/93FF per hour if under four hours work were required reduced to €13 or £8.50/83FF per hour if over four hours work were required. Full garden clearance is available upon property purchase, right down to the occasional hour or twos work. If combined with handover/takeover of property rentals then an inclusive negotiated rate would be offered to the owner. If only the gardening service was required the rates would be reduced after four hours work in order to encourage full day bookings as travelling considerable distances to do an hour or so in the garden may not be cost effective.
