GRASSROOTS offer garden and property maintenance services for the owner who is unable to visit their property as much as would be liked. We can provide the owner with the peace of mind in knowing that their property is being well tended to in their absence. Everything from full garden maintenance on a regular basis to the clearance of an overgrown jungle upon property purchase. The management of handover and takeover of property letting can be overseen whilst also offering the cleaning of properties both prior to and following occupation.

Both internal and external painting and decorating services shall be offered by a qualified and experienced tradesman (Please see reference page).

All work guaranteed and carried out to customer satisfaction. The service being offered shall include external masonry painting, glosswork and staining. Internally we shall be offering lining, wallpapering, painting and staining.
