Slava "Buran"
A picture dial so loved by the Russian makers for some reason. This manual wind Slava is cheap and "tinny" and has an awfully rough bund leather strap with a little picture of Uri Gagarin on it but it does have a fully jeweled (21) movement! My daughter Caitlin likes this watch as it has a "rocket" on it!
The Buran was the Soviet's attempt at a space shuttle, built but never flown into space.
