Paul's Watches.  62 watches now on site.

It all started for me one cold winter's night.   Mel and I were making wedding plans and QVC was on the TV.   A Poljot watches hour came on and I was getting quite interested when Mel said "why don't you get yourself a new watch as a wedding present?"  She must have been feeling guilty at the cost of everything (mainly her dress and engagement ring!) and so, being tight, I decided to have a look on the internet to see what was "out there".   I think Mel now regrets ever mentioning it!   I was hooked.   Not only did I learn that the mechanical watch industry was alive and well I found out the internet and ebay were great fun!

I started off by asking a few questions on some watch forums and searched high and low until I found a Hamilton chronograph, on a site in America, that I fell in love with!   You can see it in the "My Best Ones" link below.  But the problem is I am now an addict.   I have loads of "cheapies" and wear them all, usually one on each wrist and up to 10 different watches a day if the mood takes me!   I find it a marvel that all those little cogs and springs can work so well and be so accurate.   No more cheap quartz watches for me!

If you have the bug like me and want a nice mechanical watch you will find no better sites on the internet than Roy Taylor's RLTWatches.com .   Why not check it out by clicking on the logo below, and if you place an order let Roy know PG Tips sent you!
