MARCH
DAY OUT
30th March 2001

York Tavern
Our day out started at the above, major problems the new management have stopped doing lunch times main meals and so we were left with bar food, it was ok but totally dulled against Crayfish starter, wild boar with mushroom sauce and many other tempting dishes on the main menu. We have been to the York many times over the years but we won't be going again.

Conversation this day
amusing stuff
Franco to Richard
'ere I've been to 31 different countries wot about you, so what did they name Minneapolis after? Reply; a small policeman.
Terry commenting on Franco's (aka David F.) designer V neck Shirt. you need an iron Dave, it's a bit disheveled .
Terry telling Dave of a excellent clothes shop at Gorleston. Richard throws in, oh yeah, the trawlermans favorite.
(Jimmy Dee's, in case you want to try it, If T. says it ok it should be damn good)
Richard on breaking wind; all part of the fun. You need to see a Doctor Dick.
During one of Terry's moments, slagging of food production, Graham asks; is fruit ok to eat? Richard says; ave you seen Terry's plums I wouldn't touch 'em.
Deeper stuff

Paul W also suggests that part of the aim of this website should be to unite all tgs people that started in 1970.
onto the Eagle to log on for a pint.

inside to checkout our web site, minor problems, my web diversion was not working but it was sorted and everyone was pleased with the result.

David drinking non alcoholic orange, well worth inclusion. This morning I wished I had.

A genuine smile but we spent most of that in the Eagle, the landlord was then smiling.

Outside the Eagle, Terry's pulled some old witch.

Top of St. Stephens street, in the background, what was Bland Payne, where these three first started working for a living.
Now on into Norwich and we head for Ha Ha's

It was national cleavage day and I didn't get a single shot, of the many quality boobs squash into position for public consumption, what a bad mistake.
