The Storm!!!
Who would've believed that such a
nice, warm, sunny start to the day could turn, in a matter of minutes, into what
can only be described as a hurricane.........& guess who rode through it! If the
word hurricane seems a bit far fetched then you only have to ask any of the
LMCCers who were there. Black as night, torrential rain, floods, storm force
winds, trees coming down right, left & centre & lightning just to cap it all
off........... I kid you not, it was the full bifter. Special thanks must go to
the kind owners of The Arden Arms pub who opened up just to get us out of the
storm & supplied life saving cuppas.
