TERMS & CONDITION

1. We ask that a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable is given at the time of placing the order. The balance of the payment is due before the final delivery. Payment of the deposit is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. An initial proof of the design will be sent for your approval before we commence work.
3. Whilst we take every care in producing proofs, proof reading is the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be given the opportunity to approve wordings and designs prior to production after which the additional charges will apply should there be any subsequent amendments.
4. Delivery charges apply and will vary dependant upon quantities. All deliveries will be sent by recorded post, or may be hand delivered for a small charge depending on your location. Please feel free to discuss these requirements with us. The delivery charge will be added to your final bill.
5. Since each card is individually handcrafted, the customer accepts that slight variations may occur.
6. All orders are subject to stock availability. Should any materials be unavailable or discontinued, Cherry Blossom will endeavour to source materials of a similar nature and the customer will be informed accordingly for their approval.
7. Payment can be made by cheque or cash. (Cheques should be made payable to O Hewitt)
8. The design copyright remains the property of Cherry Blossom. You may not reproduce or copy any of our designs without written consent.
