Owen Tooth is an exciting and original young film maker currently working in Derby, UK. He is from Cambridge originally and came to study photography at Derby in 1999.

When he found his course was cancelled 4 days before it began, he was forced to change his plans.

Due to his talents in both photgraphic image-making and creative writing he decided to give movies a try. He has since been invited to show his films at may festivals around the world, won commissions and awards and secured arts board funding for his most recent film. His work is now available on DVD through Salvation Films, and on this website. Owen has appeared on TV and Radio discussing his work several times.

When he's not hanging and crucifying gifted actresses and actors, he divides his time between studying Wing Chun kung-fu and watching horror movies.

Owen has recently left all his 'steady' jobs to persue a career in the media, working as a camera assistant and VT-op on high-end commercials, directing corporate videos and shooting his own art.
