Most people, when thinking of meditation, conjure up a picture of someone sitting on top of a mountain with legs in a position they can only dream of achieving, looking peaceful and serene.

Well let me show you through my workshops how you can achieve that state of peace and serenity but without the trip to the mountain or sitting in what may be an uncomfortable position for you (of course you can still do that if you wish).

First of all let's replace the word meditation with relaxation - now that feels easier already - do you agree?

My workshops will help you find relaxation. Once you have achieved that state then you can move on to the deep and rewarding benefits of meditation, which is easier than you might imagine. This is achieved through breathing techniques, taking the mind away from the constant chatter that goes in our heads; leading to a calm and peaceful state.

We have produced a world that is fast and challenging, but can also be demanding and frightening, this is resulting in stress for many of us. Stress is the result of us not having a coping mechanism and therefore we feel out of control. We can create that coping mechanism with relaxation and meditation techniques.

My workshops will teach you different techniques that you can use every day to bring you more in balance with your world - as the wise old sages have said many times 'the answer is inside of us all' - we just have to remember how to tap into that resource.

The workshops are limited to a maximum of 12 people and are normally one day events.
