My Healing approach to health is through the whole person - body - mind - spirit. That means looking at what is happening for you on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and environmentally. I have studied many different disciplines with very experienced teachers to arrive at what I feel is now a complete therapy, including Healing and Meditation, Therapeutic Massage, Auricular Therapy and Nutrition and recently the Meridian Stress Assessment System - MSAS. We all know the benefits of a good diet, plenty of exercise, sleep etc. However, sometimes we just cannot find the mental space, time or physical energy to implement positive changes in our lives. My aim is to help and support you reach the goals you wish to achieve, through the process of making positive choices that will enhance your well being and reduce your stress levels. During this process, I offer practical support, therapeutic massage, Nutrition and dietary advice and nutritional supplementation to achieve health and well-being. As a holistic practitioner, my interest lies not only in your social, relational and specific triggering causes for your current difficulties, but also the physical and biochemical causes that, once addressed, may rid your body of obstacles to wellness and lead to a vitality and balance - physically, mentally and emotionally. I am a professional member of the regulating bodies Embody and
Federation of Holistic Therapists. Therefore I am bound by a professional
code of ethics and a commitment to the continuation of ongoing education
through Continual Professional Development, to maintain cutting-edge knowledge
of the latest scientific research.
