The Story so far….

Long ago in a galaxy far, far away...

No Claims emerged in 1988 when singer Neil Lindfield and guitarist Kelvin Rollitt formed a duo and started playing pubs and clubs after leaving other bands. Two years later they were joined by bassist Ian Dobbs and guitarist Steve Cotton. This line up continued until Neil Bailey joined and replaced “Roland” the drum machine in 1995 and then full time keyboard player Nick Newsum in 2003.

Most of the band members’ heritage dates back to four 1970/80’s Newark rock bands, Parallex, Mayhem, Avalon and Marauder.

Reproducing classic rock and pop covers from the 60’s to present day, No Claims offer music to suit all generations and tastes.

They currently play a wide range of venues and events and have played gigs ranging from private parties, weddings, pubs, clubs, beer festivals, themed 70’s nights, fish bars and even a steam rally!

Whatever the occasion, their enthusiastic approach and varied material consisting of popular songs that the majority of the audience know and can dance to, always provides for a great evening of live  entertainment.

No Claims play everything totally live with an emphasis on audience participation. The band are professional and have P.A. lighting and if venues permit, smoke and pyrotechnic effects.

No Claims have a great setup, constantly updating and using the best equipment helps. No expense is spared to bring you the best show possible through the efforts of the individual band members and dedicated road crew.
