Sinhalese New Year Mail Art Show 2002:

In 2002 we celebrated the New Year with elephants. Forty-five artists participated and they were joined by
the local children.
The show took place at the Bishop Lanfranc School, Croydon, South London, where it was seen by
the many visitors who came to the Festival
. It was filmed to be shown on Sri Lankan television as usual and it will
also be shown worldwide on Sky Television.

Apples at the Café Prov and the Carnegie Library:

Eat Your Art Out, our 2000 manifestation, was joined during November
and December 2001 by Apples.
In the photo of Julia Tant and I in the Café,
the two rows of postcards at the bottom of the wall are part of
EatYour Art Out and the postcards and artwork above is part of Apples.
Apples was very well liked, it seems, as we had many contributors and
many of them sent several pieces of work each.

It looked stunning in the cafe, the owners of the business
are very pleased with our shows and  swear that there were more customers
since the walls were covered with Mail Art. In the month of January 2002
Apples was on show at the Carnegie Library, Herne Hill, London.

Ex Libris at the Carnegie Library:

EX-LIBRIS was a very interesting project. On the one hand it was misunderstood by a few artists who sent very
beautiful books or bookmarks; on the other hand we made contact with a whole lot of artists new to Mail Art who
specialize in bookplates and who sent absolutely fantastic work. It was shown at the Carnegie Library for six
weeks at the beginning of 2002, where it was greatly admired..

Ex-Libris was shown again, this time by courtesy of David Dellafiora in the Hub Gallery,    Geelong, Australia as part of the celebrations to welcome the Dalai Lama:

The Second International Shopping Trolley Art Show:

The S.I.S.T.A.S. that is, the Second International Shopping Trolley Art Show, was launched also at the Carnegie Library on January 6, and did the usual rounds of the local supermarkets until December 2003.

New Millennium Resolution:

In January 2002 this project was shown at the Carnegie Library together with the other projects on this page. This was its last airing. My New Millennium Resolution was, and still is, not to hurry and do my very best, that is why it took me so long to do the documentation.
