‘Beating the Bounds’ – Rogationtide Walk

Join the congregations from two of our friendliest local churches – St Mark’s and Emmanuel – to revive an ancient tradition in the church calendar where the boundaries of the parish are marked by beating them with branches and blessing the crops. Stay for the whole route, or just opt out when you legs get tired! Please bring a packed lunch. Whatever the route chosen, there’s a tasty supper to share afterwards! Please book supper tickets with the Rev Beverley Stark on 0115 920 8879.
