There are major road works on the M25 especially South of Heathrow. Special restricted speed limits are in operation for many months to come. Allow a decent amount of time to get between your starting point or destination and your Terminal at Heathrow. Note that weekday commuter time zones are by far the worst - i.e. 7 to 9 a.m. and 4:30 to 7 p.m. If I get stuck on the M25 while taking you to your destination, my GPS system will do an instant re-routing onto minor roads to try and get us out of the jam! Check beforehand that this car will be available.
