Sharm El Sheikh, 2001
My first trip to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt was also my first experience
with underwater photography. I undertook my PADI Advanced Open Water
qualification and chose photography as one of my optional modules.
That meant that I was only able to take photographs on just one dive, but
it was a start!
Dived a combination of boat, drift and shore dives at sites including:
- House reef at Sheraton hotel
- Shark and Yolanda reefs (of course!)
- Thomas and Jackson reefs at Tiran
- Thistlegorm wreck
- Temple (night dive)
