At Hotsteps we firmly believe that classes aren’t just about learning new steps but having fun! Our young pupils play an important part of Hotsteps' success – many regularly taking part in competitions, medal examinations and displays.
We offer the following classes – each taking place on a Saturday:
Juvenile Beginners & Improvers –Dancesport class:
From 4yrs. A mixture of the latest music and moves, together with latin and ballroom routines.
Saturday 10.15am – 11.15am
Junior Beginners & All Improvers – Dancesport class:
Saturday 11.15am – 12.15pm
Medallist Dancesport class – Ballroom/Latin
For graded competitiors and medallists working within the IDTA medal system.
Saturdays 12.15pm-1.15pm
Dancesport Medallist Practise/workshop for advanced
junior and adult dancers.
Saturdays 1.15pm - 2.15pm
One to one tuition for quick results!!
These are bookable in half hour or hour slots and are available for couples or individual dancers.

We have a very busy and social adult scene here at Hotsteps. Whether you are looking to take part in medal exams and competitions or would simply like to be able to move around the dance floor with ease we have classes to suit you! Adult classes are held each Tuesday and Wednesday and run in 8 week courses. See our 'Events' page for details of course dates. We also hold a 'social' class on Mondays for senior dancers.
Tuesdays 8.00pm-9.00pm Intermediates
Aswell as adding new choreography, this class also focuses more on the technique of the Latin and Ballroom dances. Tuesdays 9.00pm -10.30pm - Medallist Class
Includes both ballroom and latin instruction to further enhance your dancing. This class involves more complex variations to spice up your routines, whilst allowing you time to practise with your partner.
