Us
Hotsteps School of Dance was
founded in 1998 by Jacqui, Tony and Nikki Maslin.
Together they boast over 85 years dancing experience both in the
medallist field and also as open 10 dance competitors. Each became qualified teachers with the IDTA and
turned professional to set up Hotsteps, with the aim of promoting Ballroom and Latin American
dancing within a friendly club environment. The school continues to go
from strength to strength, with regular competition finalists and five formation teams.
Hotsteps teaches from the IDTA syllabus and hosts yearly
medal examinations. The school also competes in medallist
competitions and team matches throughout the country. There is
a busy social calender at Hotsteps with monthly dances
and a range of fundraising events in support of
the Hotsteps Formation Teams.

We also offer private lessons-one to one tuition for
quick results or in preparation for that special occasion.
Pre-wedding dance packages are also available.
