Chapter 1 - Identifies the overwhelming Judaic content of Freemasonry, and concludes that Jews were involved in the formation early Freemasonry.

Chapter 2 - Examines ancient Masonic manuscripts to confirm the Jews as most likely founders of Freemasonry.

Chapter 3 - Demonstrates that the ceremonies of becoming a Freemason are a passable allegory for conversion to Judaism.

Chapter 4 - Begins the search in ancient Israel and uncovers the view of academic archaeologists that "the Exodus did not happen".
Chapter 5 - Continues the search during the Temple period.
Chapter 6 - Concludes that a group of Egyptians brought monotheism to Israel and suggests the tomb-builders of Deir el-Medina as possible candidates. A bloodline is identified that separates the Hebrew priesthood from ordinary Jews.
Chapter 7 - Reviews popular Masonic myths and examines the Essenes as candidates for the old Temple priesthood in exile.
Chapter 8 - Follows the ancient Jews from Rome to medieval France and examines the role of the Narbonne "king of the Jews".
Chapter 9 - Identifies the Marrano, or crypto-Jews, as the most likely originators of Freemasonry as they journeyed between secret groups of Jews carrying religious and business news and gossip.
Chapter 10 - Examines the bloodline identified in chapter 6 and compares it with the da-Vinci code bloodline concluding that Jesus Christ probably carried the same Y chromosome as modern day male Cohens.
Chapter 11 - Examines the evidence that Jesus Christ married Mary Magdeleine and concludes that there is no reliable evidence to support the proposition. Furthermore, even if Jesus was married there cannot be a "Deus" gene.
