A NEW CONCEPT TO THE WORD "GIG"....
This was a GLOBAL GIG with around 100 PARTICIPANTS from many countries including UK / US / AUS / CANADA / NETHERLANDS / PUERTO RICO - ALL played "GOD SAVE THE QUEEN" ( maybe as part of a gig ) by the "SEX PISTOLS" IN THEIR HOME TOWNS *ON OR AROUND* JUNE 4TH - the UK QUEENS GOLDEN JUBILEE. PURPOSE was PERSONAL TO EACH PARTICIPANT - maybe to CELEBRATE THE PISTOLS '77 "BOAT GIG" or "25 YEARS OF PUNK". Maybe to RID THE MUSIC CHARTS OF POP. PARTICIPANTS maybe also had "ANTI-JUBILEE / ROYAL" reasons for taking part. ( SEE PARTICIPANT QUOTES BELOW ). ANY GENRE was welcome. This event attracted INTERNATIONAL MEDIA & BACKING FROM HIGH PROFILE PEOPLE INCLUDING ' Glen Matlock ' ( SEX PISTOLS ). Air time was given to participants by DJ - LORD LITTER.
