dodgy Solicitors cover up Chatsworth TV Solicitor is a Mr R.R.S. Swan, of HealdSolicitors Central Milton Keynes. Now he has bent over
backwards with his lie's to me some in writing, and everyone else
vigorously denying everything I declare in evidence against Chatsworth TV,
I stated and provided evidence to him showing my work had been stolen of
"Hoppy the Hopper Bus," and turned it
into their so called "Busy Buses." children's program. Which is out on contract with the BBCs
Living TV Channel. Well this has puzzled me for a long time, why
would a Solicitor put his neck on the line telling lies to protect his
clients, Well! well, just found out he is a
director of Chatsworth TV...NO WONDER HE'S ACTING CROOKED.

Before you go on your Christmas break on licence payers
money. Can you stop blighting the BBCs name buy
using Busy Buses Children's program on your company's Living TV channel
when you know the program has be stolen off me, Alan Brunwin
children's writer and poet.
The Director General Mark Thompson of the BBC has been informed as well of
my plight quite awhile ago, I have heard him say now that he wanted to make
the BBC cleaner than clean, nows his chance stop
operating with stolen work (ie) Busy Buses
children's program on Living TV which BBC Worldwide own 50% of, or has
Chatsworth TV got a hold on the BBC. I must admit they do seem to get a lot
more than their fair share of contracts from the BBC.
Salisbury Supermarket well done I really give credit to refuse to have Busy
Buses DVDs in your Stores, and I personally thank Lord Salisbury for that.
Tesco supermarket, Shame on you after being told
so many times about Busy Buses being stolen, you still continue to sell the
DVDs you are a shameful Company to sell stolen work.

Why…Did the said
acclaimed writer and producer of Busy Buses a Mr Terry Ward write and
stated to me that he wanted to sort all this out amicably? When he claims
to be the very original, creator, and writer of Busy Buses. If you did
honestly write something, there’s no way you
would offer to come to an agreement with someone else, you’d
tell them to get lost.
Why…On the first 26x5 minute episodes
of Busy Buses DVDs,
His name does not appear even once as a writer of any of the 26 episodes,
yet he claims to be the original writer and creator, that I find is a very
big legal mistake on TERRY WARDS part.
Why…Did you get DC Crossley
from West end Central Police station to phone me up and threaten me with
arrest if I did not stop my justice campaign against your company. And why
was he so very interested in finding out my copyright dates at the same
time, was that a way for you to find out more information using the police,
when you have so many Lawyers at your disposal.
Why… You claim
which I dispute that you created four buses in question why have they
exactly the same format and concept and story line as mine to an absolute
tee, is this not a bit beyond coincidence?
(i.e.) Sammy…Arnold…Susan…Rodger, all these
characters which you claim is your own work, it’s
so obvious they are simply Copied from my Hoppy
bus series anyone can see that.
Why…Did you get my
e/mail address closed down was it an attempt to try and destroy some of my
evidence against you, Micro Soft restored it back to me in 3 Days, with
full apologies as well so your ploy did not work.
Why…Did you get an
undercover representative of yours to approach me with money offers of
£50.000 and then £100.000? to give up my campaign
against you. There are good witnesses to verify what I’m
now saying.
WHY… Did you try and miss-lead everyone by saying that
Busy Buses was commissioned by GMTV when you knew it wasn’t
true, and dragging that completely innocent company into this argument.
Why… Did you
solicitor say that all rights of Busy Buses are now lodged with, Busy Buses
Limited. When you know they are not.
Why…Did your solicitor
Mr Dick Swan Lie to me in writing to cover for you, on more than one
occasion. And why have you hidden away from these claims of mine for over a
year if you’re not supposed to be guilty of
anything.
Why… Did you
threaten any media paper that wanted to run a story about my campaign with
libel, i.e. miss-leading The Daily Express telling them you had not
received any of my work as proof, when you had already seen it prior to
them contacting you. I have dated proof of this
Why… Terry Ward the acclaimed writer of Busy Buses is not
only a Director of Chatsworth TV, but a managing director of a production company
called Flicks Films Ltd, and a company Director of many other companies. He
had access to people work like mine as Chatsworth TV did advertise
regularly in “The Artist and Year Book,” for everyone to send there idea’s and stories they had written to them.
Yet Chatsworth TV claim everything they do is created in house
by themselves only.?????
Why…BBC involvement
which you say the BBC has no connection what’s so
ever in Busy Buses, yet they do own 50% of Living TV where Busy Buses is
screened, and ABC Australia and BBC worldwide do have close connections,
and Australia does screen
Busy Buses which is a hit series there. Greg Dyke the last Director of the
BBC ordered an enquiry into my claims that the BBC are involved with Busy
Buses in one way or another, which of course TV4C strongly deny, yet no one
has taken any notice of Greg Dyke-- X-Director of the BBC since last August
2003. and I have had no communication with the BBC
into my claims since,
So who is hiding what from whom? Or is it someone doesn’t
want something to come out.
Why…Does Terry Wards
Solicitor refuses to correspond with me on all matters regarding my claim
against them, and why did he try to rubbish Tom Brake Liberal M.Ps debate in Parliament on the 10th February 2004 where my plight
was debated.
Why… In April 2003
did Chatsworth’s Solicitor Dick Swan threaten me
with Libel and substantial damages against the very high reputations of his
clients? A threat he has never carried out, yet I told him “Brilliant idea!
Send the court papers to me now I’ll wait indoors
for them to arrive.” Guess what? Still waiting a year on for them to
arrive, unless the postman’s late.
My New Book
I am in
the process of witting a true story into my fight for justice against
Chatsworth TV. The book is called, “I’ll Fight
them forever.” I do hope to get it published by a publisher, it tells of
this fight I’m on now, and going back in time to
the hardships of my Nan and my Mum and how we all survived through, and all
about Streatham in the 70s when I was a Cabbie, there’s
lots of people I knew, Jean Boat, Carl Davies, Cynthia Payne, Shaw Taylor.
Frank Carson, Jill Gazgoin, even experienced Bank
robbers. And many more even who were the people that walked the red light
district of Bedford hill you would be shocked and it was not all drugs.
And Ian Wright Crystal Palace player at the time, well if
his club had known what I know they would have hit the roof. And the
supporter Cantana kicked
At Crystal Palace I know the exact words that were said by him to Cantana. So yes you cannot blame him I would have done
the same thing.
John Major’s sister Pat well few thing to tell about her and her brothers relationship.
So the book will have lots of interesting real life stories inside it, even
that disappearing Fur coat that went missing out of Harrods, and ended up
in Streatham by personal order.
