Lost Rings of Bells

Braybrooke - All Saints

 

The Branch's only loss to knowledge. These originally were a ring of four which had not been rung full circle for many years, and were frankly getting unsafe. They were chimed a few times in the sixties, but by the end of the decade something had to be done. As funds were short, the three front bells were given to Taylors in exchange for them rehanging the old tenor dead for chiming
