Nottingham Heritage Centre - The northern development of the line (Ruddington to Loughborough) has it's base at Ruddington at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre. There is info on the line, the Heritage Centre and the LNER(GC) Trust.

Main Line Steam Trust - The registered charity that supports The Great Central Railway - you can do online donations & subscriptions here.

Great Central Discussion Board - Official preserved GCR discussion board- with all the latest news, views and ideas on the railway.

Bridging The Gap - Offical 'gap' website by GCR (Link) Ltd; a company set up to bridge the gap between GCR(S) and GCR(N) at Loughborough.

Central Railway Group - A group with the intention to open a UK frieght line from the continent to the north of England via the Midlands. They intend to use the Great Central's former line from the site of Calvert station (near Aylesbury) to Leicester.
