I provide a comprehensive private Cognitive Behavioural Therapy service
for individuals or organisations in Nottigham Derby and the East Midlands.
My fees are highly competitive.

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist of some 24 years
standing. I am registered with the BABCP, (British
Association of Behavioural and Cognitive
Therapy), the UKCP, and the BACP (British Association for
Counselling and Psychotherapy). I was one of the first
Therapists to be registered with the BABCP

I have been working in Primary Care for the last 14 years.
Previously I worked at St Andrews Hospital the biggest
and most well known private psychiatric hospital in the
UK, Where I specialised in CBT for depression. and
addictions

It is always a difficult to judge how many cbt sessions
someone will require. For depression I usually advise that
around 10 sessions ought to be budgetted for, but some
people will require more around 15 and others less around
6. I am usually able to judge better after the first few
sessions.
