Why this site?

I have been working as a facilitator of change and development for many years. The  information on this site may help people who want to change their organisations or their lives in a positive direction.  All the resources are free. I would like to see my work used.

What is in it?

It contains information about my work and professional background. If you think my experience could help you or your organisation, please contact me.

It also contains articles and other resources that you may find useful. Please use the materials freely and as you wish. There is also a monthly Ezine of practical developmental ideas for you.

It also contains developmental tools that you are free to use to solve problems, build relationships or develop others. There are short exercises that you can use on training courses and workshops. There is a section on new interests that contains ideas and issues I am currently thinking about.

There are designs for workshops and courses that you are welcome to adapt and use.

You will find also information about my business on the site. This includes cases of my work with clients and the results achieved.

I also include links to sites with related content and other resources, including developmental books  that I have found useful and you may too.

Before you go, please will you use my visitor's book?
