My business.
Why work with me?
The world of work is changing very fast. The pace of change demands new ways of thinking and solving problems. I can help you help your organisation be both more satisfying and more effective.
What is it?
It is mainly a one person business. I will work with you to develop solutions that are right for your organisation. This usually requires work with the people and groups involved in the issue. Their knowledge and enthusiasm are vital.
How does it work?
I would first work to understand the problem and its causes. Then I will recommend how to tackle it and work with you to do so. We would discuss our progress and learning regularly as we go.
