I’ve recently returned from the Triathlon World Championships on the Gold Coast, Australia as age group (25-29) World Champion and third overall. Winning Gold and being the top British finisher has motivated me for a hard winter of training and a new challenge in 2010. I plan to target ½ Ironman events, high profile Olympic distance races and coaching beginners and talented youngsters.
