CATCH  GRIEF

To catch grief in nets of breeze

Hankerings of heart in battered briefs

Verses that pay tolls to travel in space

For filtering of skies in a tender grace.

There were always the whispers

From the sources unknown

For sealing stabled sands in dunes

In wide wilderness from seeds sown.

Under the spells of the spirit

Silent awakening of unspelt beauty

Forms numerous in eyes and heart

A sure response for a steady duty.
