Here - in some nondescript place I struggle between want and need,
positioning you; like this not here, here.
Drop your eyes,
no smiling please (apart from the thoughtful admiring type)
I want to see your hands,
your jaw, a certain curve.
I'll forget your laughter,
ignore the fact that you eat,
but feel free to breathe.
That's it.
Hold that pose;
let me carve your emotions into pure, cold marble,
I love you; like this.
