Dunnock

Dunnock

Another welcome garden visitor. They are always fussing around the ground in the herbacious border with occasional forays onto the bird table to see what’s available. They are usually solitary visitors to our garden, occasionally with a companion. They freely mix with the Chaffinches and Sparrows on the lawn beneath the hanging feeders looking for scraps thrown down.
