The MIs in St. John's Churchyard which is situated near the corner of Roundhay Park on the Wetherby Road out of Leeds, were all recorded a few years back by the Oakwood and District Historical Society (ODHS). The ODHS produced a few copies of a book which recorded the MIs and these can be found in some local Archives and Libraries in Leeds. These are now included here on my website.
