Report:
This was our chance to continue where we left off in the 2nd half against calverton, more commitment and belief. We started slowly and never really showed how we can play football it was like in many ways the first half against calverton which we saw today.
Take nothing away from dunkirk who played some good football today and deserved their 3-0 half –time lead, they settled early were committed and played well in all areas.Ryan in our gal held onto the ball well when tested and had to be quick off his line on more than one occassion.
We asked for more from the lads in the 2nd half, we know some of our lads aren’t the fastest but all we ask for is to try their best one paeticular player did that today-mazzo well done, dunkirk scored a fourth and it was about 15 minutes from the end before we had our first shot, our effort 2nd half was better but we were still 2nd best.
Carry on battling lads.
