Netherfield Colts Club Policy
1 Netherfield Colts will solely be operated for the benefit of its members. It is the policy of Netherfield Colts that good sportsmanship and loyalty from and to its members and their parents/carers/guardian be practised at all times. 2. All monies gained, received, donated will be used solely for the upkeep of Netherfield Colts 3. Subscriptions will be paid weekly. New members will not be charged for the first training session on joining the club. 4. Netherfield Colts will not tolerate any members fighting, swearing, spitting, stealing, vandalising, or acting in such a way as to cause injury to himself/herself or any member of the club or any event organised by the above Netherfield Colts. .5. Should any member be found guilty of the above offences one verbal warning shall be given, one written warning given. If the offender is guilty again of any offences they will be asked to leave the Netherfield Colts. 6. Respective Team Managers, for which they are responsible, with a Parent representative being present, will deal with all disciplinary matters. 7. Parents / Guardians /Carers grievances shall be dealt with by the committee. Seven clear days notice shall be given to the chair in writing stating grievances, the chair will then call a EGM a quorum being 5 members of the committee. A decision will be decided upon and given in writing to, respective member/ parent/guardian/carer within two days of meeting. 8. Netherfield Colts reserve the right to refuse membership of the club to any persons for a reason deemed valid to exclude, (an equal opportunities policy has been adopted as stated in the constitution). 9. Each registered player of Netherfield Colts shall be covered by an insurance policy adopted by the club within the YEL ( Young Elizabethan League). 10. The Netherfield Colts disclaim any responsibility tbr any loss or injury or medical condition hereafter sustained by a member or relative of a member, parent, carer or guardian before during and after training session, during matches or any event organised by the Netherfield Colts and any local Authority, Statutory land or venue acquired leased / hired by Nethertield Colts. 1 1. Netherfield Colts will not accept responsibility for personal items of clothing, belongings. and jewellery, watches etc worn before during and after training, matches and events organised by the Netherfield Colts. Such items shall be the responsibility of the member/ parent/ carer/ guardian. 1 2. All non-registered players / members safety on joining the Netherfield Colts will remain the responsibility of the respective parent guardian/carer during training, matches and any events organised by Netherfield Colts. 13. It is the responsibility of the member and members' parent/guardian/carer to inform the Netherfield Colts of any allergies, medical conditions and health problems that they may have. 14. Shin pads should be worn at all times.
