Web Design Home             Do It Yourself Web Design          Get Neil To Design Your Site

Website design is seen by many as almost a black art. There is hushed talk of html, java and flash. How much of this is really necessary? The honest answer is very little. This website has been created without the use of java or flash software, but still maintains a modern look.

If I had been asked to design a website at the start of 2002 I would have laughed at the idea. During July 2002 I decided to have a go using just Microsoft Front Page 2000. This site was the end result. I found that if you are competent at using Word you can build your own website. The site will use html, but a program like FrontPage will automatically write the html as you pick the background, insert pictures, type your text and format it.

If you are thinking about building your own website you should click on the Do It Yourself Web Design link at the top of this page.

If you want to get me to design your website click on the Get Neil To Design Your Site link.
