There is no charge for a local call out, approximately a 10 mile radius of Fleet. There would be a small charge if I need to travel further a field.

I charge £20 per hour while fixing a problem, if I cannot fix it there will be no charge, although it has not happened yet.

I do not hold in stock any spares, as the cost of computer components is constantly changing, many of them dropping in price. Any parts that are found to be faulty and need replacing will be sourced by myself and charged at cost. Parts are usually with me within 24 hours. All new parts carry a manufacture's 1 year guarentee.
