I have been working with computers for over 20 years, from the early days before Windows existed. I have a deep knowledge of pc hardware, which is my primary vocation but I have a good background in software fault finding as well.
I have set this website and company up so as to genuinely help people who either don't have time to sort their computer problems out or are unable to do so.
I also want to give people a service that is more customer friendly. To be on the end of the phone for advice and help without charging a prime rate and at times when the normal user is at home.
