Bob Lazar claimed to have worked at Area 51 on alien technology. This film explores his strange world.
The Aurora - an experimental hypersonic craft that was based at Dreamland. We brought together hard evidence and eyewitness.

It is no surprise that governments wish to keep Top Secret aircraft hidden as long as possible. The USA leads the world in aviation and has more to hide than anyone else. Dreamland is the call sign for the notorious Area 51: Groom Lake in Nevada, an airbase that does not officially exist.

Are classified radical aircraft designs responsible for many UFO sightings? Does the American government possess nine alien space craft recovered from crash sites? Is it test flying them to reveal the secrets of interstellar travel? An engineer claims that this is true and, what's more, that he has worked on them. Is he a hoaxer or a whistleblower? This film enters the 'Deep Black' world of Dreamland to find out.

In the last five years, descriptions of UFOs have changed. No longer are circular shapes the largest group, they have been overtaken by reports of triangular and square craft. Something strange is up there, but are they alien or human craft? The story starts with a strange craft filmed during military exercises outside Roswell. Then, from Scotland and North Sea oil rigs to strange contrails over Texas and Californian earthquakes, we follow the detective story that reveals the existence of Aurora - a hypersonic experimental aircraft based at Dreamland.

But is there a secret flying saucer base hidden at Area 51 in the barren deserts of the Nevada Nuclear Test Site?

The film investigates the strange claims of Bob Lazar, who says he was hired by the US government to worked on captured alien space craft. Is he telling the truth or is he a hoaxer? We dig beneath the surface of his story to find out the truth.

The series finishes with the mysterious case of the Fast Walker UFO. Fast Walker is another Deep Black project. These Defense Support Program satellites were built to monitor ballistic missile launches. Recently their super-effective sensors detected a very strange UFO that came towards Earth from outer space and then curved away again. This defiance of the laws of gravity indicates an internal propulsion system: a spacecraft.

Bob Lazar describes a secret underground hanger (aren't they always underground?) close to Area 51, where retrieved flying saucers are hidden.
Area 51 watcher extraordinaire and altogether nice guy, Glenn Campbell on Tikaboo Peak overlooking Groom Lake.
