These cartoons were drawn for the Comenius Project. A European Union partnership. Children from schools from Derry, Ireland; Oud Tournhout, Belgium; Solligen, Germany; Vilnius, Lithuania; and Revello, Italy collaborated to produce a story using National identities and symbols created by the children. I was asked to illustrate the Irish book, which I enjoyed and enjoyable to do as the children had written a detailed and exciting story. I included the story line they created so you can piece together the jist of the story from these illustrations. I have used water based mixed media on paper.
