Health Checks & Reformatting

If you suspect that your PC is not as 'healthy' as it was when you first bought it, why not have it health checked?

A standard health check involves ensuring that your copy of Windows is fully up to date with all the latest security patches, your hardware drivers and applications are all fully up to date, your computer is fully secured with anti-virus and anti-spyware software, your firewall is on and that your hard disk is error free and 'defragmented' (ie working optimally.) To perform this service on site (using your broadband to obtain the necessary software) costs just £80 and usually takes a couple of hours.

To be absolutley certain of getting your PC back to full speed, consider a full 'reformat'. This involves first backing up your important data, then wiping the hard disk clean and re-installing Windows and all your applications. All the latest security updates are then downloaded, and fully functional anti-virus and anti-spyware software installed and updated. Finally your data is restored from the backup. I will pickup the PC from you, perform the service and return it to you (spending time to ensure that you are satisfied with the result) for £150.
