Dear Keith. |

Chris has been a junior member at
Hill Barn golf club for only 4 years |
|
now and has progressed very well,
but since Keith has been giving |
|
Chris lessons his game has
improved to another level in a very short |
|
time. |

Keith has helped Chris with his
game in which his handicap has |

gone from 15 to 10.

As Chris is part of the junior

8 Week 'Beginners' Programme |
|
We began our course of
lessons with Keith in October 2007, our only
|
|
golfing experience being a
poor round of pitch and putt! Within
a |
|
couple of weeks we had both developed a good
swing and moved on to |
|
the art of chipping and putting. We found
ourselves looking forward to |
|
our Sunday morning lessons very much. After only
eight lessons we |
|
cannot believe the progress we have made in such
a short space of |
|
time. |
|
Keith not only taught us how to conquer the
various aspects of golf, |
|
he
also explained why his methods worked so well.
This makes it |
|
much easier to understand and helps when you are
faced with a |
|
particular
problem.
Keith is a very patient tutor, lessons are
relaxed |
|
and very enjoyable due to his
friendly nature. We would highly |
recommend lessons to
anyone who would like to learn golf from
|
|
scratch or improve their
game. |

Having
reached semi retirement I was determined, given
more time, |
|
to play more golf and to reduce my handicap of
13. However the |
|
opposite happened and I found myself struggling
to play consistent |
|
golf. |
|
Knowing Keith well and appreciating his
excellent understanding of the |
|
golf swing I booked a series of lessons. |
|
Keith immediately adapted to me as a student and
I found his |
|
simplified theories really easy to understand. |

My posture, grip, swing plane and timing
improved very quickly and |
|
soon helped with my consistency on the
golf course. |
|
I am now enjoying my golf again for the
first time in a long time and |
|
even managed to play a round recently at
9 over par. We are now |

concentrating on my short game and I am
already seeing substantial |

benefits. |

| I
think I can safely say that I probably
speak for my whole group, but I just
wanted to put on record my appreciation
for Keith Renwick’s help to myself and
other lady ‘improvers’ who have been
much enjoying our special - and very
economical – group coaching sessions! |

Keith
seems to have endless patience and
relates to each and every one of us as
individuals and has a very natural and
friendly manner. The main thing is he
seems to enjoy the lessons as much as we
do! His teaching skills are such that
everything is explained in a very easy
to understand way – and I think it’s
true to say that we have each gained a
measurable improvement in our game
because of the time he has spent with
us. Everything he says seems to make
such perfect sense and he is very quick
to spot exactly what needs to be worked
on. |

In
essence, he really knows what he is
talking about and I think he is going to
be an incredible asset to the Club. It
is so good to know that he will be
around to call on for extra tuition in
the future when something is just not
going right out there on the course! |
