We are a group of WAOC members of varying running ability who meet on Thursday or Friday evenings at 6:30pm to run for about 6 miles. We try to find nice cross country routes as much as possible and we still run in the winter using torches when we go off road. Afterwards we tend to have a meal and drink in a nearby pub or occasionally have pasta at someone's house. We have an e-mail list which we use to inform members about where the next run is and where to meet. Our provisional calendar for the year is available here.
