These are the details of the WAOC 'NOW' events.

All courses are aimed at the beginner who wants to find out more about orienteering and how it can be an enjoyable and challenging sport. Courses will be about 3-5km and you can compete at your own pace (you don't have to run) either as an individual or as a small group or family.

Starts will be from 18:30 to 19:30 but may be earlier at the discretion of the organiser.
