This event will use Sportident electronic punching.  The maps will be pre-marked and bagged.
There will be prizes for course winners, plus spot prizes.  Strictly no EOD for any course.
Courses:
UK Cup & Open Men (~6-7km) UK Cup & Open Women (~5-6km)
M40+, M55+, M18- W40+, W55+, W18-
12- Minis (yellow standard)

Estimated winning time for UK Cup races - 30 to 35 minutes.

Each UK Cup course is limited to 120 competitors - if entries exceed these numbers, then M/W40+ competitors without UK Cup points will be seeded into the M/W40+ courses. 

Starts: 10:30 to 12:30 - Start / finish / spectator control within 5 minutes of car park.
