  • Are you a complete beginner or just fairly new to the sport?
  • Been doing it a while and just starting to move up?
  • Do you run fairly fast but not always in the right direction?
  • Would you just like to practice a particular O technique?
  • You do not fit any of these categories but will you be at HIGH ASH on 20 March

Then book a place at:

WAOC's "Coaching for All" at 12:30

(after your run)

Note:  You do not need to be a member of a club to take part.

Coaching sessions on offer:

  • Complete Beginner (adult / family)

  • Orienteering as a Family
  • Sessions for White and Yellow juniors over 5 years of age
  • Orange skills
  • Light green plus
  • Special techniques as requested e.g. attack points, aiming off, route choice, compass techniques, pacing, relocation.
All you have to do is complete the email booking form below, come reasonably early, run, change, have something to eat and drink (WAOCJuniors will have a tent there with delicious homemade soup and cakes, tea and coffee, so bring a bit of money and support them).
