Organisers Comments

Thanks to all those who came to the final event of this year's summer galoppen. Everyone seemed to enjoy the lovely summer evening, and of course you had the bonus of seeing sunset over Stevenage. It seems most did not find the course too difficult so I will have to make the next one I plan more challenging.

Unfortunately, control 12 on the map memory was vandalised and this affected Blanka, Julia and Mike. However, Hally was able to carry on regardless due to his knowledge of boulders. Thanks to Rolf for running out and replacing the control. I hope this did not spoil anyone's evening.

Thanks to Steven for helping put out the controls and checking that they were all there at least at the beginning. I did not collect the controls until the following morning and suprisingly all the others, and the replacement no. 12, were still there.
