Thanks to everybody for coming to Hinchingbrooke park on Wednesday September 11, 2002 for the last Galloppen of the year!  I have prepared an alternative score-o with two loops of 20 and 30 minutes.  The plan was to force you to choose different strategies in each loop, and save up my time for collecting controls by allowing to collect the markers in the last 10 minutes of the second loop.  However the plan did not work quite well and I can see at least two mistakes on my side: I have underestimated the speed of the fastest runners who collected everything and I have not printed instructions with descriptions, which resulted in not everybody using the same rules. Also I was greedy and did not give out punch-cards which would make my life much easier and results more complete.  I apologise and promise improvement, please email me if you have any additional information.
