Force Majeure  We cannot take any responsibility for loss caused by events beyond
our control. (e.g. strikes, riots, flood, fire, airport closure, weather conditions etc.)
Security Deposit  At check-in, a credit card imprint or $200 is taken.
This will be returned on departure less cost of any damage.
CancellationsIf the client does not pay the balance when due, we reserve the right to
cancel the booking. If a  cancellation occurs within eight weeks of departure, then the
full payment is forfeited.
If cancelled earlier, then only the deposit is forfeited. (Your travel insurance should
cover cancellations due to reasons beyond your control).
