 The Villages at Mango Key were purpose built as a resort complex for holiday accommodation.
Here you are not renting an individual house, on a sometimes large residential estate.
You are renting one of 33 similar houses adjacent to Mango Key Lake,where you can meet
and mix with people who are there for the same reasons as you - to enjoy their holiday in the
Sunshine State.
At Mango Key, you get the privacy of your own home, along with the benefits offered by a
holiday resort complex.
The resort is a small private gated community with it's own Clubhouse/Reception staffed
daily which can provide snacks, drinks and video games, etc., with the furthest house only
about 100yds away.

The accommodation comprises, one double bedroom downstairs and one twin bedroom upstairs,
with a single sofa bed on the galleried landing, plus a double sofa bed in the main lounge area,
making a total sleeping accommodation available for 7 people.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms complete with bath, shower, vanity worktop with inset
basin, tiled walls, a large vanity mirror and the downstairs bathroom also has a built in hairdryer.
The houses are well equipped and furnished to a high standard, fully air-conditioned and with
ceiling fans.
Color televisions connected to the cable network, are provided in the living area and bedrooms,
plus a video/DVD player in the lounge - videos can be hired in the Clubhouse/Reception  and locally.
Ample seating is provided, together with dining table & chairs, plus barstools, with assorted
occasional furniture, including loungers, tables & chairs, in the screened patio area at the rear
of the house.
For your security, the houses all have their own safes.
As you would expect, the kitchens are fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in
particular, a large self cleaning natural gas range with an extractor hood, a large fridge freezer
with ice maker, a microwave, dishwasher, large washer/dryer, waste disposal unit, coffee maker,
blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.

Each house has a telephone in the lounge complete with answerphone.
ALL PHONE CALLS INCLUDING LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNATIONAL CALLS ARE FREE FOR OUR GUESTS  FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR STAY

The rental price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels, etc.
Cots, high chairs, additional towels and daily cleaning, are available for a small fee.

Entry to the resort is controlled by our security gate and is restricted to Mango Key guests, to
allow you to relax and enjoy the shared facilities.

There is a professional, friendly, resort management team, who are there to handle any
problems that you might encounter and offer help, advice and attraction tickets, etc.,
when needed.
The keys to your house are held on site  - you do not need to collect somewhere on your
journey down to Mango Key.

There is a beautiful pool area, which is reserved for our guests only.
There are sun loungers, shaded tables and chairs, a snack bar a large kidney shaped swimming
pool, a hot tub, (whirlpool Jacuzzi) with toilets and wash rooms, the pool area is floodlit and is
open till 10.00pm each evening.
The deck area overlooks Mango Key Lake and provides both sunny and shaded areas.
The pool itself is heated to 85 degrees for all year round use and the hot tub is kept at
around 102 degrees. It is cleaned daily and is regulated by the State Authorities.
Generally, most visitors to Mango Key use the pool in between visits to the theme parks etc.,
so there are many occasions when the pool is very quiet for those who like it that way.

The pool area at Mango Key is, without doubt, one of the best features of the resort and provides
a focal point for people to meet and make new friends, whilst relaxing in a superb setting.
Mango Key is a quality resort, which is featured in many tour operators brochures throughout
the world.

A deposit of £100 or $100 per week will be required along with the booking form.
The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure .
Alternatively, £200 or $200 Deposit and the balance on arrival in Mango Key.
We feel that our accommodation offers all the ingredients necessary to have an enjoyable
holiday. Many of our guests have endorsed this, both by writing and returning to Mango Key.

We organize rentals for three houses on the complex which gives us the flexibility to
accommodate your preferred dates and enables us to accommodate larger parties requiring
more than one house.
