This is a long overdue thank you letter.
We rented your house No 5 at Mango Key from the 18th November for two weeks.
We had a super time in Florida. The weather was beautiful, in the low 80s.
The house became our haven.
Everyday we were up early going from one attraction to another.
It was lovely to come home to the peace and quiet of Mango Key.
The children enjoyed playing in the pool after a long day out, even though
it was dark.
Richard would enjoy a beer by the pool, while I made the tea!
We all felt very safe and looked after by some very friendly staff.
Once again, thank you for helping to make our holiday one to remember.

Just a note to say how wonderful our holiday in Florida was for the last
two weeks.
The children loved it and us adults had a wonderful time as well.
The house was fantastic, kids loved the pool after a long day walking about.
The weather was just nice, 80s - 90s, just hot enough.
What a great location as well, it didn't take long getting to anywhere.
It seemed a long time waiting for the holiday and then it went too quickly.
It was so good, we are hoping to go again about October.
On behalf of my brothers and us, the Skinner family, I would like to thank
you for all your help.
The instructions were great, we didn't get lost.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Mango Key earlier
this year.
Everything was wonderful, the management staff, the house itself and the
pool, definitely
lived up to our expectations.
In fact it soilt us so much that I am writing now to enquire about prices
for next year!
We are hoping to go around the end of June beginning of July next year
and would be extremely happy
to use your accommodation again.
As we overdosed on theme parks this time, we are hoping to maybe have a
week on the Gulf
Coast and a week in Kissimmee and wondered if perhaps you had any
involvement around this
area as well as Kissimmee ?
If so, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Just a few lines to let you know how our holiday went.
It was brilliant, the best hoiday we have ever had.
The Villa was perfect, there was nothing that we could have done to improve
it.
It was very well equiped and the furniture was excellent, it was spotlessly
clean, we could
not have asked for more.
Also the people that worked in the reception were lovley and very helpful.
One guy let my husband fish in the lake and another one helped him pack
his fishing
gear away on the day that we leaving.
We loved the pool and everything about the place.
I have give your information to several of my customers (Iam a hairdresser)
so hopefully you will be
getting some more bookings because I have not stopped singing the
praises of Orlando since
I returned.

When we arrived for our first holiday in Florida, we were worried about
the car hire and driving in
America.
But we need not have worried, It was all very easy getting the car from
the pickup depot.
We then drove to the villa following the directions you gave us very carefully
and didn't get lost and
arrived in Mango Key at about 9-30pm.
We opened
the door of the house not knowing what to expect as you are never sure
if things will be like
you imagine.
Well, it was more (much more) than expected.
It was
fabulous, with all you had said and more beside with the washer, drier,
ironing board,
fridge
with a good sized freezer with icemaker (because our children are
young we found eating in
economical
and practical).
The safe in
the house was excellent, it made you feel secure. the TV in each
room, was great, the
children watched
Disney channels upstairs, my husband the sport programmes in the
bedroom and
myself great
films in the lounge.
The bug screen
on the patio was great, we never got bitten at all. We went to the
pool on our
first
day.
We wallowed
in the warm temperature of the weather and the water. Everyone was
so friendly
and the management
team extremely helpful.
Your prices
were brilliant and we would recommend you to anyone. If anyone ever
wants to talk to
someone who
