Simple. Depending on Nick's commitments, you may engage Nick Ellin Consulting on a retainer for as long and as frequently, as you require. You decide whether you wish the retainer to be for a fixed period or open ended, subject of course to an agreed notice period. Nick Ellin Consulting ensures that information is held in the strictest confidence and shall always request consent before commencing a contemporaneous assignment with a different firm. |

Nick Ellin Consulting will provide you with an appropriate letter of engagement (request a sample) before an assignment commences. This arrangement avoids employment issues and Nick Ellin Consulting will obviously be responsible for Nick's tax and NI obligations. However if you would prefer to engage Nick Ellin Consulting on your own contractor purchase terms then this should not be a problem. |
